Much of our restoration work is near to completion: the scaffolding inside the church has been dismantled, our beautiful stained glass windows on the south side are restored, the hospitality suite installed is now operative at the back of church, new glass doors have been installed and parts of the roof have been renewed. At our Palm Sunday Service, 25th April, we gave thanks to God for the completion and pray for spiritual renewal. Our service was led by Archdeacon Pete Spiers.
Following the Palm Sunday service, we invited you to a short illustrated talk about the latest on our Heritage and Restoration Project and heritage volunteering. If you were not able to come to the meeting, but are still interested in becoming heritage volunteer, there’s still time! You can download the Volunteer Pack from our volunteering page.
