Scouts – 14th Crosby

14th Crosby Scouts meet each Thursday evening (in term time) in the Church Hall, Harlech Road, Blundellsands between 7.30pm – 9.00pm and welcomes boys and girls between 10+ – 14 years old.

Activities: include games, crafts, trips away, camping, achievement badges and friendship. Above all, teaching young people life skills for their future lives.

To commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the scout group organised and planted some native sapling trees (rowan, beech and birch) in the church grounds by Harlech Road. They were planted and blessed on Sunday 3rd April with Group Leader Andy, Leader Richard and 3 scouts.

Skills for Life Recognition Award was given to 14th Crosby Group by County Scouts Merseyside in April 2022 in recognition of the group’s continuing work with achievement badges, games, building friendships and camping – doing the things they have always done!
Someone at County level thought they were doing a good job and awarded the group the trophy. Well done 14th Crosby Scouts!
