- Develop a vision for our buildings, in conjunction with the priorities and needs of the other PCC sub-committees and liaising with Finance sub-committee; and
- Look around the building and identify ways we can enhance our facilities and make our exterior image more welcoming to visitors and newcomers. Look particularly at entrances, the possible need for more modern and bigger external notice boards, better toilets and other facilities. How can we make the best of what we have? Prioritise spending; and
- Communicate needs to the congregation; and
- Update Health and Safety Policy and monitor compliance; and
- Monitor planning and progress of restoration work; and
- Building maintenance: prioritise maintenance and repair needs, liaise with Finance Sub-Committee re: budgeting and monitor the work of the Men’s Working Party. Keep up-to-date records of work completed.
