BELONGING – BELIEVING – BECOMING
- Review and strengthen the spiritual life of the church, with particular reference to the six SMART Growth Framework targets agreed in January 2014; and
- Develop external links as agreed in SWOT discussions; and
- Explore new ways of developing our mission priorities and community outreach; and
- Research cafe church models; and
- Explore ways of developing a communications strategy, including magazine, website, weekly bulletin, internal and external notices and notice boards etc.; and
- Communicate all this to the congregation and wider community.
